PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS ANDROID BERBANTUAN MACROMEDIA FLASH PROFESSIONAL 8 UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMAHAMAN KONSEP TRIGONOMETRI

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on Android assisted by Macromedia Flash Professional 8 to support understanding of the concept of trigonometry and determine the feasibility of learning media based on Android based on the assessment of material experts, media experts and student response questionnaires. This research is research development or Research and Development (R&D) which is adapted by the development model of Borg and Gall. There are 10 stages, namely: 1) Research and Data Collection, 2) Planning, 3) Developing Initial Products, 4) Initial Field Trials, 5) Initial Field Revisions, 6) Main Field Trials, 7) Main Field Revisions, 8 ) Operational Field Testing, 9) Final Product Revision, 10) Disseminating and implementing, but limiting several stages and only implementing stages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9. The developed media was tested on students of class XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Gondang. The results showed that the level of feasibility of Android-based interactive learning media assisted by Macromedia Flash Professional 8 as a learning medium based on assessment 1) Material experts obtained a total score of 82 with a total percentage of 91.8% so that it is included in the "Very Valid" category, 2) Media experts obtained a total score of 70 with a percentage of 95% so that it is included in the "Very Valid" category. Student responses to this media during the initial trial got a total score of 192 with a percentage of 80%, so it was included in the "Practical" category and during the operational trial, it got a total score of 1,185 with a percentage of 74%, so it was included in the "Quite Practical" category. The results of students' conceptual understanding tests showed that 13 students passed and 7 students who did not complete with a mastery percentage of 65%, so that based on the effectiveness criteria, it shows that the media shows the "good" criteria. Thus, interactive learning media based on Android assisted by Macromedia Flash Professional 8 is suitable for use to support understanding the concept of trigonometry.
